kizikula is a nine room property on the remote south-western coast of Zanzibar, just next to the Kizimkazi Dimbani village.

the property is available to be booked out in its entirety for retreats and workshops. if needed we also collaborate with our neighboring properties (short five minute walks away) La La Land, Kwanza, Karamba to accommodate larger groups.

kizikula has three roof terraces, a pool pavilion, an outdoor basic gym, and several sunset decks that can accommodate workshops. kizikula also has a simple outdoor gym and direct access to the Indian Ocean. kizikula is set in its own permaculture farm.

the kizikula organic swahili kitchen can accommodate most dietary requests for groups. you can see more about our food at kizikula.com/food.

we usually recommend booking retreats with at least three to four months notice. we encourage retreats to be booked during our rainy seasons: november and march through may.

• 10% non-refundable deposit to be paid to hold booking, with balance paid 75 days prior to arrival.

or

• 50% refundable deposit to be paid to hold booking with balance paid 60 days prior to arrival.

we require that any use of the kizikula brand, name, and mark is approved by us before use.
