these terms and conditions apply to day guests visiting the hotel for access to its facilities and services. By entering the premises as a day guest, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

#### 1. **Reservation and Admission**
- **Pre-booking:** day guests are required to pre-book their visit through the kizikula’s official website, phone, or email.
- **Day Pass:** all day guests must purchase a valid day pass before entry. this pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. the amount can be used towards food and beverage consumption during your stay
- **Identification:** guests may be required to present valid photo identification upon arrival. the hotel reserves the right to deny entry without proper identification. we require phone numbers and email addresses for all guests.
#### 2. **Access to Facilities**
- Day guests are granted access to specified areas and services, which may include:
- Pool area
- Spa facilities
- Restaurants and bars
- Lounge areas
- kizikula reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas due to private events or maintenance without prior notice.
- access to guest rooms and other restricted areas is strictly prohibited for day guests.
#### 3. **Behavior and Conduct**
- day guests are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior at all times. Offensive, disruptive, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
- dress code policies, as specified by the hotel, must be adhered to while using the facilities.
- smoking is prohibited in all areas apart from the paviliion.
#### 4. **Health and Safety**
- all day guests must follow the hotel's health and safety guidelines, including but not limited to pool and spa rules, hygiene practices, and any other safety protocols.
- guests are responsible for their personal safety and the safety of their belongings. The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred while on the premises.
- in case of an emergency, day guests must follow staff instructions and use designated evacuation routes.
#### 5. **Payment and Charges**
- all charges for day guest services, including meals, spa treatments, or other paid amenities, must be settled before departure. payment is accepted via cash, credit card, or other approved methods.
- additional charges may apply for premium services or extended access beyond regular hours.
#### 6. **Prohibited Items**
- outside food, beverages, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- weapons, hazardous materials, or any items deemed unsafe by the hotel management are not allowed.
#### 7. **Liability and Disclaimer**
- kizikula will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages suffered by day guests during their visit.
- day guests assume all risk and responsibility for their personal safety and belongings.
- kizikula reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel day guest access or services without prior notice.
#### 8. **Cancellation Policy**
- cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time to receive a refund. failure to do so will result in a full charge for the day pass.
#### 9. **Children and Pets**
- children under the age of 16 are not permitted.
- pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted by the hotel’s pet policy.
#### 10. **Data Protection**
- personal information provided by day guests will be processed in accordance with the hotel’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the hotel’s website.
#### 11. **Modification of Terms**
- kizikula reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the hotel’s website or at the hotel reception.
